All of our audio recordings are provided as MP3 files which can be downloaded to your computer and listened to using Microsoft Media Player® or your favorite media player.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a link for downloading your file(s). This link will be good for 3 days. If you experience problems with downloading your file(s) or listening to them, please contact john@second8thweek.com with your order number in the subject line along with a brief description of the problem you are having and the steps you have taken.

After clicking on the link provided, you will have a browser open up and then a download dialog box will appear asking if you want to open or save the file. Please be sure to click “Save” and then select a location on your computer to save the recording.
If you aren’t able to click on the link provided, please highlight the link and then copy and paste it into the address bar of your web browser to pull up the link manually.
After you’ve saved the file to your computer, you can double click on the recording icon to listen to it.
